[Tall-Corn] The IBill

Oes anyone know how to scan currency using the IBill so the monitary amount
is spoken?  I have changed the battery in the IBill but I can not get it to
say the demonization shen a bill is inserted in to the device.  All I can
get it to do is vibrate.  There are two buttons on this money identifier
which if simultaneously pressed will make an audible beep sound but no voice
is announced.
