UNTWISE recently received a contract from the Texas Department of Assistive
and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) to develop on-line employment courses to
train CRPs to provide employment services. With this contract, UNTWISE will
be hiring for 3 new positions. The 1st of these positions is now posted. We
are currently taking applications for an Academic Professional I, within the
Department of Rehabilitation, Social Work and Addictions. The person that
fills this position will provide instructional design functions including;
analyzing project needs and identifying potentially useful applications;
recommending appropriate delivery medium that will suit the needs for
effective course delivery; performing routine administrative tasks such as
reformatting and/or editing courses, sections, and course templates;
training and supervising student assistants who provide WebCT/Vista Staff
support. The position will be located in Denton, Texas.
