Download the file before opening it. The server is located in
Australia so the band width is limited.
Locate the file on the page from the link I gave.
Then download the file.
Once the file is downloaded you won't have any trouble
opening/playing it.

Is there a trick to it? I tried opening in new tab and just
opening with no luck.

Hello everyone,
Is there a way a blind AT trainer can update to Windows 7
independently? I came across vLite, a utility that creates an
unattended Windows installation DVD after entering all the
required information and customizations; however, it is not fully
accessible.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated,
