Hello All:
I have reviewed David message, and my answers are below, along with another
note that I neglected to add the last time.
Note: When I enter on a hyper link, I receive this message.
"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system's administrator".
My Responses
Windows 7
E-Mail program in use is Outlook 2010. (All Microsoft 2010 versions e.g.
word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
A. Messages set up for html format.
Hyper Links in e-mail messages did work up until Google Chrome was
installed.
A. Have also found that links do not work in word, excel, or PowerPoint for
that matter.
Yes, JAWS does say link.
A. Even using my arrow keys will give me feedback to when I am entering a
link or leaving the link.
I will try the Control-D to save to favorites. I knew of it but never used
it.
A. Using history to re-access sites I have visited is a great idea. But
because of the job I hold and all the sites I visit the history is often
cleaned out because the length of it is so long.
I have heard that Firefox is a good browser. I will try that one day but for
now I have been happy with internet explorer.
Hope this helps to answer questions posed to me. If not let me know.
Again thanks for any help you can provide.
Hyper Link Woes Therese
