[Trainer-talk] requirements for adaptive technology instructor

For better or for worse, it is still possible, especially when dealing with
individuals, for a person to declare him or herself an adaptive technology
trainer and seek work.  A lot of us have done this in the past.  Then you
gain experience and references.  I'm sure this would work in Mexico.
