Cool that's good to hear. I am a blind user/trainer and I can teach PowerPoint and have taught it to blind and low vision students. But I too benefitted from having a reader go over the more complex and natively visual features of the application. I use PowerPoint to create presentations but ther's parts of that program that are not accessible because of the type oooof application.
Thanks for the info.

Overall access is better in Excel and PowerPoint under Windows. But keep in mind that I am a native Windows user. If your student is more comfortable on a Mac he mught find using iWorks to be vry natural. Mat, have you ever created a presentation using VoiCeOver? I have played presentation on a Mac but never created one.

If they need advanced access to things such as creating tables and creating formulas in Excel, then ultimately, I still am able to accomplish these tasks easier on a PC.
