There are various Linux lists. If you check out live.gnome.org/Orca
there are several lists there as well as other resources about the
Orca screen reader. Also, vinux-project.org is a site for the visually
impaired version of Linux out there and they've got their own mailing
list on there. Depending on the distrobution, there will most likely
be a list for that particular distro as well as irc chanels and
forums.
