You can get USB device that is extra sound card for few dollars from
www.atguys.com I have one of these USB sound cards it has to two audio jacks
for either speakers microphone or head phones.  The USB sound card is plug
and play do not need any drivers or to install any thing.

Does she have a Braille 'n Speak, BrailleNote or anything else around that
could be used as an external synthesizer?  Other than a second sound card,
that is the only thing I know to do.

can she turn the volume down for Pandora so she can hear jaws better?
