[Trainer-talk] item for sale

Actually, it is relavent to technology. As we are talking about the
economics of the AT technology. This is an important discussion. Granted it
could have been worded in a way that would not have been so negative on
someone who was just trying to sell a piece of equipment.
I would love to know if anyone knows what California policies are.
