[Trainer-talk] A question about adding contacts to a distribution list

Perhaps this was the silly way to do this but I have been trying to get contacts put into a distribution list at work that needs to be updated. I put them in an Excel file and of course, the email addresses all show up as email links. So, I want to put them into the existing email list that I have to send out every couple of months. Is there a way to get the email addresses and names to all copy with a couple of commands or am I going to have to copy and paste each contact along with the email address. Thanks for any ideas! I'm using outlook, if that helps.
