I'm assuming that you want to create a distribution list in Outlook. If so, follow these steps:

1. Make sure each of the columns has a heading in your Excel document and save the workbook as a .csv document.
2. In Outlook, create a new folder in contacts for the data in your .csv document.
3. Use the import tool of Outlook to import the .csv document into your newly created folder.
4. The contacts are imported into outlook and you can now create your distribution list from these contacts.

I put them in an Excel file and of course, the email addresses all show up as email links. So, I want to put them into the existing email list that I have to send out every couple of months. Is there a way to get the email addresses and names to all copy with a couple of commands or am I going to have to copy and paste each contact along with the email address. Thanks for any ideas! I'm using outlook, if that helps.
