If your client is planning to use the computer and jaws you would not need a brf file. You could use FS reader or some other Daisy reader and allowed jaws  to do the translation into braille. This might be easier. Depending on your braille display you may also be able to put the BRF files into the display. This is one of the Benefits of the Perkins miny, braille edge and some of the other displays.
