[Trainer-talk] Dolphin guide verses CDesk

Good morning all,
I have a consumer who needs something in the family of these two
products. However, in the past I've not had the greatest success with
guide nor have I appreciated the support experience. Does anyone have
a feeling one way or another regarding these two packages? I note
that the CDesk with speech recognition is nearly 1000 dollars more
than the base package. Are they using dragon or some sort of software,
or are they using the recognition built in to windows 7 and 8?
Any help here would be appreciated greatly!
