Hi all,
Our school district changed from office 2010 to 2013. I am sure it is an easy fix. My question: I am using outlook 2013 now and outlook 2010 used to fill up the email address into field after you start typing, Jaws read it. According to sighted help it does it however Jaws is not reading the field with the new email address. I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
Jordana

If you see the file when Outlook has been closed, go to the "end task" button, close it and then try running Outlook again and see if it opens without giving you the error message.
