[Trainer-talk] Outlook?

Assistive Technology training should be determined based on accurate assessment. Often times basic AT instruction is sufficient. If the client is assessed and does not currently need to use Outlook, then we do not teach (or make an agency purchase) that specific software. Should that need present itself during an open casefile, it can be addressed at that time. If the need does not become apparent until years down the road, then clients are welcome to contact the office and request additional vocational services. One stop shopping is not the goal here. Repetition, and opportunity over time is.
