[Trainer-talk] Outlook.com website and screen reading

I'm sure like to know who Jim works for. I would like to have a chat with his employer. He should comes on here asks the most basic questions. And I feel that his students are being cheated by his lack of knowledge and know-how. I don't understand what agency would hire him to teach any student, because he has the most basic of basic knowledge.
