Hello,
Currently, I have three scanning programs on my computer-Kurzweil, Open Book and Text Cloaner Pro. I have been using K without any problems. I decided to try out TCP to see if it would be worth recommending to VR for clients who mostly just want to read mail. It wouded like it was scanning but then just said that the page was blank. When I asked the tech guy here at work, he opened Open Book and it went into this never ending scan! Actually, it kept scanning over and over again. At least the TCP stopped and said the page was blank. It was thought by tech guy that scanner was broken. However, I tried K and it worked fine. Any thoughts? I hope all this detail wasn't too much for you "to-the-point," folks. Thanks for any ideas.
