I recall seeing recently a request for information on the ATP certification through CSUN… But, of course :-) I didn't keep it
Here's the information that was posted on their Facebook page today.

Enrollment for the Spring session for the Assistive Technology Applications Certificate Program (ATACP) is open and will conclude Friday, December 19, 2014.The program will be January 20 – May 11, 2015 and include a required 2-day in-person meeting in San Diego on March 2 and 3, 2015.All individuals enrolled in the spring session are required to attend the 2 days in order to earn the certificate.

The program is offered online, on the e-learning platform, Moodle.  There are lectures, assignments and course materials all provided online. For more information about ATACP and the curriculum visit the link below:
