[Trainer-talk] Trainer-talk Digest, Vol 121, Issue Filling out a form--need help

I usually use a Word document when I get the chance.  You could take
all of the blank lines out and save that document so it is good when
you need to fill it out again.  I would guess they do go back in in a
PDF file.
