[Trainer-Talk] adaptive tech qualifications

Hello,

I have gone through the certification process to teach AT in four 
states, and I can assure you that it wasn't all about learning content 
from a book and being provided answers.  I would say that Texas and 
Minnesota are the most stringent with the requirements they have that I 
have seen, but no state that I've been to was as easy as you put it... 
and frankly I doubt very much that Missouri is like that, although I do 
submit that I don't know.
