Julie,

Thank you very much. I  know my response is late. I  just found your
response. I  know Cara from doing Section 508 work for the Government. I
met her personally at the National Center last year for a  conference.

I found all kinds of stuff by doing a search for Office 2013 and screen
reader. A lot of things were written by trainers back when it came out. This
particular document looks like what you need, but it is copyrighted. The
author's contact info is at the end of her document.
