[Trainer-talk] Email address typed using Focus 40 not being recognized as valid

I am working with a client who is using Jaws and a Focus 40. When she fills out a form on a website, and uses computer Braille to type her email address,
An error message comes up saying her email address is invalid. When I type the same email address , the form recognizes it as valid. How can we correct this? Thanks.
