[Trainer-talk] Email address typed using Focus 40 not being recognized as valid

How is she typing the at sign on the Focus?  Devices vary, but you need to
type the at sign with dots 4 and 7 or perhaps with space with u followed by
dot 4.  I suspect the former works, the latter probably doesn't.  A straight
dot 4 produces the accent mark.

I am working with a client who is using Jaws and a Focus 40. When she fills
out a form on a website, and uses computer Braille to type her email
address, An error message comes up saying her email address is invalid. When
I type the same email address , the form recognizes it as valid. How can we
correct this? Thanks.
