[Trainer-Talk] Computer resolution, hopefully

   Good morning. I contacted Microsoft accessibility, and the tech specialist said my file was corrupt. I have no idea how that happened other than my antivirus program had expired without my knowledge. I am now using windows defender. Fortunately, I had a backup on a flash drive. I only have to rewrite some of the document. How often should I back up my files? I am using microsoft word 2016, but the document is in a doc format? How do I change it to a docx file? Could the format be why I had trouble? Also, the tech specialist looked at another file and changed the format to word pad. I'm not familiar with that format, so how do I change the file back to a docx? Thank you.   Sarah
