[Trainer-Talk] recommendation for simple cell

I am looking for recommendations for a simple pay by the month phone that has a decent adaptive voice over.  my client needs to ensure he can be notified if he has voice mail; make and receive calls.  dictating texts would be a bonus, however, main concern with the dumb phone is how well the adaptive features are.  Can anyone recommend one over another?  Most likely just shopping at Walmart or Target.
