[Trainer-Talk] Keyboard Training Program with Modifier Keys

Howdy Trainers,
I'm looking for a keyboard training program that also trains folks to
use and learn the modifier keys.
Such as.
CTRL Key
ALT Key
INSERT Key
Function Keys

Since these are so important for using AT software. Any suggestions,
I've used Triple T from Marvel Soft, and the American Printing House
Program with a similar name, and I've also used Typio... None seem to
cover these as best I can tell.
