[Trainer-Talk] Printing labels and envelopes, or finding alternatives?

I have used mail merge in word. The easiest way is to set up a table for your labels, and use mail merge to fill in the table for the labels. Your database might also be a table in word, but they are different. I use a reader to make sure that my printing is not going between labels. One rather full proof way to do that is to center the contents of the label. It isn't my favorite, because it looks a little bit funny, but it works well. I also center of the contents of the label in the cell vertically. I hope that helps.
