[Trainer-Talk] Jaws command question

   Good afternoon. I am using the latest Jaws update on a Windows 10 laptop. For the last few days, Jaws freezes every time I save and close a Word file. The only way I can turn off the laptop is to hold down the power button for thirty seconds. Is there a command to run Jaws again when this happens? Is this a Jaws bug? Thank you.       Sarah
