[Trainer-Talk] Jaws command question

I am not sure if there is a corolation, but with these last few Windows
updates we are completely resetting Windows 10 on computers and changing
everything back to factory settings. The only things that we are keeping on
the computers are the files.

   Good afternoon. I am using the latest Jaws update on a Windows 10 laptop.
For the last few days, Jaws freezes every time I save and close a Word file.
The only way I can turn off the laptop is to hold down the power button for
thirty seconds. Is there a command to run Jaws again when this happens? Is
this a Jaws bug? Thank you.       Sarah
