There is a way to get it to "forget" a network, but don't know off the top of my head. You should just bite the bullet and call, at least it is toll free. Use a speaker phone, or headset, so you can do something else while waiting.

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] BrailleNote Touch problem

Greetings. I was given a BrailleNote Touch to setup and get familiar with at the training center I work at. There are several wifi networks available in our area. When setting up the device and after going through the initial tutorial, I was having trouble connecting to wifi.
I chose one network an waited forever. After a while, I got back to the list of networks and chose a second network. However, the network that I chose is perhaps the slowest of the ones in the list (I was desperate for a connection, otherwise I would not have chosen it). Now though, the Touch is stuck on that connection screen and I cannot get out of it whatever I do. I am able to hit the cancel button and briefly the list of networks comes up again, but then it disappears after 5 seconds or so. I have tried resetting the device by holding in the power button for 15 seconds or so. After this though, it came up with the same connection message and I was unable to do anything to change it. I'm trying to avoid having to call HumanWare tech support and wait on hold forever. I haven't set any options for the Touch, done any Android settings, or even gotten to the main menu on the Touch; I can't get passed the connection screen and choose another more reliable wifi network. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can try? A colleague of mine said to wait until Touch version3 comes out, but even when that is released, I will have to be connected to wifi in order to update. In other words, I will have to be further along than I am now.

Best,
Wayne Merritt
