Hello,
I really don't think accessibility should be limited to jaws, the rather
expensive screen reader which is trying to have a monopoly on the market.
Accessibility of the mail app ought to be built into Microsoft itself, not
dependent on jaws with scripts built into it as not everyone uses jaws!
Your advice assumes everyone uses jaws from lovely freedom scientific. I
happen to use jaws, but I want solutions to work for everyone, not just jaws
users.
Since you brought up microsoft mail, I have questions.
Does this only work with the newest version of jaws, probably jaws 18? If
so, this will not be feasible for many users as some cannot upgrade. I
personally can, but some do not have the funding to do so.
Next, does this mail app have folders such as inbox, sent items, deleted
items, and drafts? Does it look anything like windows live mail?
I'll download the podcast you speak of. As a jaws user who will need windows
10 soon, I am glad the mail app is going to be accessible.
Ashley

Hello all,
Are there any other free email clients, besides Thunderbird, that
work well with Windows 10 and JAWS. I didn't know of any. Thanks
so much.
