[Trainer-Talk] Teaching JAWS cursor

There seem to be some elements, links mostly, to phone numbers on the web or
email and the jaws cursor seems the only way to go character by character so
like Nancy stated. I find myself using the jaws cursor when dialing into a
conference call to get the numbers. I do not teach much though so that is
just what has worked for me. I am still using windows 7 as well, but doubt
it changes in windows 10.

I use the JAWS cursor sometimes when I want to get a spelling or check
something thoroughly. Sometimes it is easier to move the JAWS cursor than
the virtual PC cursor on web pages.

Hi all,
What examples are you using for teaching use of the JAWS cursor?

It's an important tool but one you use so infrequently. I haven't been
keeping track of when exactly I use it. We used to use the Settings window
in Windows 10 but that no longer seems to work.

Thanks for any ideas.
