Mute is alt-a and raising your hand is either alt-y or control-y can't remember. If you dig around, in settings under accessibility it shows you some hot keys, I would think they are listed elsewhere too. I think they are on their web site zoom.us

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] For any Zoom Users
Howdy,
Does anyone have any resources or lists of commands I can use for Zoom and JAWS? I’d like to know hot keys for doing things like muting, raising my hand, etc.
Also, I notice that when I’m using Zoom in a group with JAWS, the JAWS volume goes way down but I can still hear the actual group.
Anyone know why?
Anyway, just thought I’d ask.
Thanks.
Jim
