[Trainer-Talk] Remote server access with JAWS/Great Plains Accounting software

Do you have to have something installed on the server to use JAWS with Microsoft RDP? Could you describe how that works?

The server side installation has been the biggest problem I've
experienced when assisting clients who need remote access.   Corperate
employers have such a convaluded security structure that either they won't install it on the server, or once installed, the security and permissions are don't play nicely to allow jaws to interface with citrics.
In Microsoft RDP environments, I've had much greater success.
