[Trainer-Talk] Automatic Numbering in Word

To remove formatting in Microsoft Word:

1. Select the text in the list
2. Press CTRL-SHIFT-N

This keyboard command restores normal formatting. The numbers are retained
but the numbered formatting is removed.

If you accidentally select too much text, no harm is done as the text is
just restored to the default for the normal template.
