Please take a few moments to check out this website:

It's interesting to know that Washington state DOES NOT have a center where
you can obtain your desired training. I suppose one could be SELF TRAINED
in the said field, although, in this day and age, ten characters after a
name on a piece of paper does the trick. After all, doesn't one acquire the
skill by playing ball with various toys whether in the "assistive" field or
in the mainstream? I personally look to the mainstream first because the
toys are reasonably priced.

Just recently I read an ad from a DVR Center about 100 miles south of my
tribal clan looking for an assistive technology instructional specialist;
sadly, the Center limited its search solely to residents of The Centennial
state; perhaps it would have entertained applications from folks wishing to
relocate to the general area. Hmm, I'll be on the watch for that ad again
'cause I'm sure it'll resurface somewhere again.

Sincerely,
