Before setting up a Gmail account on most client email programs, such as Windows mail, Outlook, or the Mail app on either a Mac or iOS, you need to go online to your Google account’s security settings, and enable “Use Less Secure Apps”..

I have had users get email using the Windows 10 mail app. It works fine once
it is hooked up. I have occasionally had difficulty getting gmail to work
with the app. It seems that most of our clients are using gmail so that can
be a hassle.

Hi all,
Are any of you using Windows Mail to teach email? I'd love to hear the good,
the bad, and the ugly.

Thanks for any help you can give.
