[Trainer-Talk] command for keeping format of numbers but turning off auto numbering

Good afternoon. You may be talking about setting the font/formatting
to normal. If so, then use Control Shift N, as in normal. This will
remove all of the font/formatting information in the Word document. It
may also remove the current numbers, so not sure if this is what you
were thinking of, but it is my best guess. I just remembered another
possibility. To stop a list and keep the numbers/bullets, press Enter
twice quickly.
