[Trainer-Talk] command for keeping format of numbers but turning off auto numbering

It stops the auto numbering but does nothing for the auto numbered words
already
ctrl shift n used to work but no longer--looking for another command to do
that same thing as the kids need to keep the numbers but the auto numbering
causes issues
