[Trainer-Talk] command for keeping format of numbers but turning off auto numbering

Thank you Brian and you are so correct about the macros. The problem with
this is our students have people creating auto number work all the time. I
need to find the command that will switch it quickly. There used to be one
that worked all the time, I need to find the new command that will do the
same. I need a quick command for the kids and needs to be kid friendly. Not
giving up hope and I will sit on my keyboard to find one that works

Was hoping not to recreate the wheel if someone had the command already
