Good afternoon.
I'm at my desk all day if you'd like to give me a call: 212.621.0627.
There are a few things I know right of the jump that we need to nail down
before much else can occur:
Finalize dates. One day is a structured discovery focus. Additional
training days with Apple, Google, Microsoft have been proposed. I think we
should either confirm or forget about those dates by November 1 in
preparation for a save-the-date to go out the first week of November.
Please ask Anil if he can deliver some of this info now and, if it's not
all known yet, can he commit to November 1 to deliver it? Does he need my /
your help to reach out to the company contacts and get them to commit to
dates?
Funding: How much travel support is available for speakers? If it's not a
solid number, what is the cap we should try not to exceed?
Registration: How much are we charging? Are we offering per-day and package
registration, or one price regardless of how much of the conference folks
attend?
Call for proposals: Has this already been written or do we need to write it?

That's all I can think of for now. We need thse basics in placebefore
content can be planneed.

Best,
C
