Hello all,
I have a client with a brand new iPhone XR and he is struggling to master the gesture used to unlock the phone or go home. This is my first time working with a client with a newer iPhone and was wondering if anyone has any tips they use for teaching this technique that they can recommend.

Apple accessibility suggested that we could put a virtual home button on the screen using assistive touch. Has anyone tried this? What are the down sides?

Thanks for any ideas.
