[Trainer-Talk] what are your recommendations for mainstream but accessible voice recorders

I have yet to find my holy grail in voice recorders. all of them have pros and cons. The elTronex is available from LS & S group. unfortunately it will not recharge the AAA batteries internally. They keep raising the price. Right now it is $169. But it is a very good recorder. It has a internal radio that you can record off of and the timer is even accessible. They’ve modified the software to speak many more items then with speak in the Olympus recorders. I also like the microspeak talking recorder for about $50 for something that’s very basic but has a lot of memory and a very loud clear speaker. it records in MP3 format and only has one folder for recordings but has eight GB of memory. All of these recorders will let you copy to a computer without any additional software. The elTronex will let you use A microSD card for virtually limitless memory.

I also recommend a great reporter called the Eltrinex, which was generally designed for blind users. It has four folders and can record in small MP3 files as well as wav files. from my iPhone XR!
