Yes, I Have had this happen before. Two options, you could run a repair on
the Jaws which is on the server, or you could download the full offline
installer for Jaws which is nearly 500MB or so but has all the additional
components which are downloaded during the Jaws installation.

Hello all:

We have a server 2016 virtual machine which our Jaws users connect to when
they work from home. The vm has Jaws 2020 on it. When ever we try using
convenient ocr on the remote server Jaws says that component hasn't been
installed. However, when you look in the list of installed programs, it
shows that it has been installed.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
