[Trainer-Talk] Word document with two columns

Hi,
I have heard from several people that there are many good folks who
are teachers and can answer computer questions.  I'm using JAWS,
Outlook and Microsoft Word.
I just received a file from someone that is formatted in two different
columns. Some information is on one and more is on another. It doesn't
sound like it's in table form though, just two columns.
What's the best way of reading each column individually or selecting
information from only one column to paste somewhere else?
And, I have a Braille note taker that I wanted to put this word file
into but worry it's going to not read good because of the two columns.
What do I do?
