[Trainer-Talk] Checking availability of others when scheduling a meeting in outlook 365 with JAWS?

Scott,

While I'm no expert in doing this your consumer would use what is called 
the scheduling assistant to do this. The process is accessible and I 
think that it does indicate if there is a conflict with one or more of 
the meeting attendees although you may need to tab into a field in order 
to hear this information.
