[Trainer-Talk] Checking availability of others when scheduling a meeting in outlook 365 with JAWS?

Hi all.
> I was working with someone last week who wanted to be able to check availability of other people when attempting to schedule a meeting through Outlook. On iOS, VoiceOver will automatically speak whether everyone is available or not when you are setting up the time of the meeting, assuming you add the people first. Is there a way to do this with JAWS and Office 365? For what this person wants to do, it seems like this would be much more effective than trying to show her how to navigate each calendar on the network... I wouldn't recommend that to anyone unless you have a small number of people or for supervisory reasons.
