[Trainer-Talk] Silencing zoom notifications in NVDA

Just to let people know, I did see a few strange things happen when these
rules are added. When alerts came in, NVDA would sometimes repeat the last
phrase it said. This might be due to NVDA still responding in some way to
the UIA alert events.
Overall, a much better experience though.

Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Silencing zoom notifications in NVDA

Hello,

As requested in the ATT meeting here are the instructions for silencing Zoom
notifications when people join or leave a meeting.

1. Open speech dictionaries and navigate to default dictionary.
2. Add an entry, in the pattern field write "^alert$" without the quotes.
Leave the replacement field blank, and select regular expression.
3. Follow this process again, adding "^(.+) has (.+) the meeting$"
and
"^(.+) have (.+) the meeting$"
4. Make sure you hit the ok button to save these changes.

Thanks to @miki123211 over on twitter for these instructions.

Holly
