[Trainer-Talk] Silencing zoom notifications in NVDA

Hello,

As requested in the ATT meeting here are the instructions for
silencing Zoom notifications when people join or leave a meeting.

1. Open speech dictionaries and navigate to default dictionary.
2. Add an entry, in the pattern field write "^alert$" without the
quotes. Leave the replacement field blank, and select regular
expression.
3. Follow this process again, adding "^(.+) has (.+) the meeting$"
and
"^(.+) have (.+) the meeting$"
4. Make sure you hit the ok button to save these changes.
