[Trainer-Talk] looking for an accessible and high quality VPN for the PC

I use Encrypt.me <http://encrypt.me/> VPN.  Accessibility is very good on both Mac and iOS, but not so good on Windows.
I hear that many like ExpressVPN, but I have no experience with it.
